You will gain knowledge and self defence techniques which will protect you in real life situations. You will also gain a close group of friends who all want to improve their karate knowledge and discipline. We also know how to have a laugh and how rewarding training can be in every day life.
The BUCS Championships that are held in February are the highlight of the year, we get to show off our skills and what we have learned in the past year. Competing in all categories, individual and team.
We have achieved Gold in both men's and women's team Kumite which we are so proud of! Also, during unprecedented times we continued our activities via online training and seminars, to keep the motivation up and hit the ground running for when everything goes back to normal.
