The theme of LGBTQIA+ History Month 2023 is Behind The Lens which celebrates LGBT+ peoples' contributions to the film and cinema industries, such as directors, cinematographers, screen writers, producers, animators, costume designers, special effects, make up artists, lighting directors, musicians, choreographers and beyond.
