The student engagement team are offering a 1 hour drop in time for society committees to drop in at any point and discuss their funding applications. You can arrive at any point during this hour long timeslot.
We advise you to bring a laptop or tablet and discuss with your committee in advance what you're applying for. A successful funding application includes links to the items or resources you're looking to purchase and should contribute to the long term development of the society. If you're prepared to do so, why not draft write an application and bring that in for a coordinator to review before you submit?
