Mind The Gap is a free workshop where we ask you series of questions that will help you better understand what skills you need to achieve your dream job and how you can develop these.
During this event we will get you to complete a series of activities-
- Personalised skills audit
- Run through an example of a 'personal specification'
- Create your own Personal Development Plan (PDP)
This is an event you cannot afford to miss out on!! I know you are probably wondering why is that so?
This workshop is an ideal place for you to understand and develop your soft skills. Possessing these skills can make the difference between you being able to achieve the job of your dreams or just missing out. Attending workshops such as these it can make you graduate-ready!
By participating in the event, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to self-reflect on yourself and your skills such as Problem-solving and Interpersonal. In recognition of these skills after completion you will be rewarded with a “Self-Reflection” Badge. This can be displayed on your LinkedIn and showcased to future employers.
