Mind Games is a brand new tem chall enge day - think classic sports day silliness with a twist of healthy com petition\, team bonding\, and feel-good vibes. \; Teams can raise mon ey for the charity of their choice! Whether you&rsquo\;re supporting Scar borough\, Whitby\, and Ryedale Mind\, or another local cause close to you r heart - \;this is your chance to get stuck in while having a fantas tic time!

1. Relay Race (4 entrants per team). Teams will compe te in a 4-person relay on the track. Each member runs one lap\, passing t he baton to the next.
\n\n
2. Welly Wanging (2 entrants per team). T eams will take turns throwing a welly the furthest distance. A fun\, yet& nbsp\;challenging event!
\n\n
3. Sack Race (1 entrant per team). Hop your way to victory in this classic race. Each team selects one member t o compete.
\n\n
4. 100m Sprint (1 entrant per team). A fast-paced 10 0-meter sprint for individual team members.
\n\n
5. Egg &\; Spoon Race (1 entrant per team). Balance an egg and spoon while racing to the finish line!
\n\n
6. Long Jump (1 entrant per team). A single jump e vent where team members try to jump the furthest.
\n\n
7. Tug of War (8 entrants per team). Teams will battle it out in a test of strength an d teamwork.
\n\n
Awards will be given for the team with the most poi nts\, and the best dressed team! \;So make sure you get planning your outfits early (fancy dress encouraged).
