This practica l workhop is to help you prepare for attending the Volunteering Fair so y ou feel confident and able to be yourself. You&rsquo\;ll learn how to sta rt conversations (even if you &ldquo\;hate networking&rdquo\;)\, have a l ist of questions to ask\, and learn how to quickly assess which opportuni ties are a good fit for your skills\, values and availability.

Through light-touch role plays and planning\, you&rsquo\;ll create a shor t introduction\, practise chatting with stallholders\, and figure out how to follow up afterwards without feeling awkward so that you make a posit ive impression\, turning informal chats into exciting opportunities.
