We understand that many of you have been affected by the recent network issues that began on Friday, 6th June. We're pleased to share that University systems are being restored, and we’re working hard to get everything back to normal.

Assessments, Teaching, and Systems Update

If you had assessments due during or shortly after the network disruption, please speak with your Module Leader or Course Director. They’ll give you updated deadlines and any support you might need.

In-person teaching continues as normal. Please attend your scheduled lectures and on-campus sessions.

You can now access Aula and Microsoft 365 across all Coventry University Group locations. Other systems are being restored gradually.

Results Release Dates

Due to the disruption, some assessment and exam results may be slightly delayed. Below are the revised dates for when results will be published:

  • Coventry University – Friday 13th June.
  • CU Group (Coventry, Scarborough, Greenwich, and Dagenham) – Wednesday 11th June.
  • Coventry University London – Wednesday 19th June.

You’ll find your results, including progression and award summaries, on SOLAR.

Will This Affect My Graduation or Visa?

  • This delay will not affect the July graduation ceremonies.
  • The delay will not impact overseas students’ eligibility for the Graduate Route visa, provided courses are completed within the standard timeframe.

Not Happy With Your Results? We’re Here to Help

The University and Students’ Union are holding Results Support Sessions.

The dates for University results sessions will be published on Aula.

Your Student Union Advice Service is running result release sessions online and in person, where you can speak to our fully trained Advice team in a confidential setting. If you have a question about your results or you want to discuss the process of submitting an academic appeal, you can chat with our Advice Service to find out what support is available. We can guide you through what your results mean, what options you have available, and support you in exploring those options.

You can read more about academic appeals here, or if you want to learn more about what your results mean, you can find information here. If you can't come to the appeal drop-in and need support and guidance, please complete our Appeal and Results Form
