Wellbeing Events
Did you know that Your Advice and Wellbeing team runs wellbeing events for you throughout the year? Coming up soon as part of our Wellbeing Wednesdays offering we have some fun activities in collaboration with LUSH to help you destress and and refresh:
Face Mask-Making and Pamper Session - Wednesday 1st April, 1:15-2:15pm (Coventry Main Campus, Square One, The Hub)
Come and chill out for an hour to learn all about the benefits of an avocado face mask by the friendly staff from LUSH, create your very own sample-sized face mask to take away with you, and also enjoy a 15-minute pamper session to learn a thing or two about massage techniques and other ways to spruce up your self-care. Bath Bomb Making and Pamper Session - Wednesday 1st April, 2:30-3:30pm (Coventry Main Campus, Square One, The Hub)
Want to try your hand at making something that looks twice as good as it smells (and smells pretty amazing)? Why not come along and try your hand at creating your very own bath bomb with the staff from LUSH! Whether it's for yourself or a gift for someone else, it's a great chance to have some fun doing something creative. There will also be a 15-minute pamper session for you to learn massage techniques, get yourself some self-care freebies, and take five to re-centre and relax. Wellbeing Events (London Campuses)
Studying at one of our London campuses? We've got you covered! In mid-April you can come along to various mental health and wellbeing events at each of our London locations as part of our London 'De-Stresstival' event, including arts and crafts, fun games, and other relaxing and enjoyable activities to help you decompress and de-stress. You can find further information about each campus's De-Stresstival on their individual event pages using the links below:

Outside of face-to-face and online events, we have many services and resources that can help you anywhere, anytime. Your SU Advice Service and the University Health and Wellbeing services can provide specialist in-person and online support. The SU website also has a searchable Support Hub that covers all campuses and provides links to support services both within the University and outside of it.
