The Online Feedback Platform can be used to submit feedback at any time about your experience so far with the University. This can be either with a university department such as:

The platform allows you to submit positive and constructive feedback. Positive feedback is utilised to continue and grow good practise, whereas constructive feedback is used to improve the services provided to students.

All feedback is confidential. The SU will assess your feedback and send it to the relevant university or academic department who will get in touch with you with a resolution. We may get in touch with you for more information to support you with your feedback as well.

Student Voice Meetings

Student Voice Meetings are a chance for Course Reps to gather feedback about their course. These are chaired by School Reps and minuted by Student Staff. The meetings happen twice a semester and are attended by Staff and Course Reps. They are a great way for your voice to be heard and to bring positive change to your learning experience.

Focus Group & Roundtable Events

Focus Groups and Roundtable events are opportunities for you to meet and speak with Senior Leadership at the University and share your thoughts on aspects of student experience with them. We host focus groups both at school and college level, where we encourage students to discuss issues and improvements we can make to your education experience. Our roundtable talks involve opportunities for you to meet and speak with Senior Leadership at the University and share your thoughts on aspects of student experience with them. Both of these feedback formats are crucial to how we improve students' education journey.
