Students will be given the opportunity to vote for their favourite Coventry University home and away kits as part of the launch of Your Sport across the University group. 

Your Students’ Union will continue their partnership with global sports kit provider Akuma to supply the University’s sports clubs with playing kit, training wear and leisurewear ranges.  

Clubs, committee members and students will be shown five new-look home and away playing kits that will be available for the upcoming 2026/27 academic year. Not only will they bring an exciting dimension to the new Your Sport branding, but for the first time the kits will include the official Coventry University crest.

The running of the Universities’ sports clubs will see an extension of the Your Students’ Union offer for students, which already boasts community groups, societies, work experience, volunteering and career development opportunities.  

Coventry University competes in the British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) leagues with a range of representation across a number of sports in both competitive and non-competitive levels.  

The Union and Akuma hope to use the input of its students to create a kit that will create a sense of belonging and pride for its members.
