This interactive workshop explores what is neurodiversity and how we can create inclusive environments.
Participants will develop an understanding of what neurodiversity means, including conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. Through real-world examples, group activities, and open discussion, we’ll challenge common myths and barriers, highlight the strengths and contributions of neurodiverse individuals, and share practical strategies to support neuroinclusive cultures. Participants will leave with increased confidence, useful tools, and actionable steps to create more accessible, supportive spaces for everyone.
