No prior knowledge is needed – just a genuine care for your friends and willingness to build confidence in having those important conversations. You’ll leave with a clear “support toolkit”, key phrases for opening up mental health chats, university wellbeing contacts, and a digital badge to showcase your skills on LinkedIn or CVs.
