About the event

Calling all Coventry-based students! Drop in to Mind (the mental health charity)’s monthly outreach session. Whether you are struggling with stress or low mood, or simply just curious to see what mental health and wellbeing support is out there for you, Mind are here to help. Come and speak to their friendly representative about everything their service has to offer. There will be a space for confidential chats if you need, and if you have time, why not stay around and unwind with a mindful crafting activity? All sessions are casual, friendly and informal. Feel free to drop in anytime between 10am-12:30pm and stay for as long or as little as you like.

What’s in it for me?

  • A chance to get clued up about some of the mental health and wellbeing support that is out there, so you are prepared for whatever life may bring.
  • A safe space to ask any questions you may have about Mind and their services, with a confidential space for private chats if needed.
  • The chance to take a break from the books and unwind with a casual crafting activity - all creative abilities welcome!
