These elections are to determine the next society committee for the academic year 2026-2027. Leading a society can help you gain core transferable skills and make you more employable. You'll also be able to host and participate in different activities and enhance student experience. This is a great way to make new friends, and you are responsible for your time commitment and can determine what time you'd like to dedicate to the society.

As a society, we aim to have casual weekly sessions in the George Elliot building, where we can discuss relevant topics in the writing space, share our current projects or even our favourite works from other people, practise writing skills, and conduct fun and inclusive group games related to writing and storytelling!
