Your Students’ Union is running a short survey about the welfare and disabilities services at CU Scarborough. This is your chance to help shape and improve the support available to you and make a difference to CU Scarborough students in the future.
Why are we running this survey?
Ensuring university welfare services are top-quality and improving students’ knowledge of those services was a key part of Campus Officer Michael's manifesto. This survey will help us understand what actions we can take within the SU to achieve this aim.
We are running this survey to try and find out three key things:

To assess students’ knowledge of the services provided by the Student Support Team

To assess students’ knowledge of how to access support from the Student Support Team

To collect feedback on the welfare and disability services provided by the Student Support Team.
What do we aim to achieve?
Your answers will help the Students’ Union understand what needs to be done to ensure that every student receives the support they deserve. We will share the results with the Student Support Team so they can understand what changes might need to be made in their service, and how we can work together to ensure that you receive the highest standard of support.
Why should I complete the survey?
By completing the survey you will be using your voice to help to shape your university and its services. We will collate and publish the results and work with the Student Support Team to develop actions for improvement. That means that your responses will have a direct impact on the services provided by the Student Support Team, helping anyone who chooses to access them in the future. The survey is anonymous unless you choose to provide personal information.
How do I complete the survey?
Click here to fill out the survey online, or check out the QR codes around campus, which will take you straight to the questionnaire. It only takes a few minutes!
If you’d prefer a paper copy, just pop to the Students’ Union office to ask for one and hand it back when you’re done.
