Accountability Panels

The Officer Accountability Panels hold the elected Officers to account on their democratic performance on behalf of the Student Body. The panel, made up of student leaders, review reports submitted by Elected Officers and asks questions on their performance against their agreed actions and manifestos on behalf of students. Any student can participate as a member of the audience and put their questions forward too.

Full Time Officers

The panel meets three times every academic year and is made up of Part Time Officers, and Union Executive Members.

First Accountability Panel took place on Tuesday 7 October 2025, and the second panel met on Wednesday 12th November 2025.

After reviewing each Officer’s manifesto progress, the panel awarded the following ratings:

  • Activities Officer, Layna Forbes: Green
  • Education Officer, Abdullah Sayyed: Green
  • Sports Officer, Prince Otu: Amber
  • Welfare Officer, Promise Owai: Amber
