About the event

Join us for one of our fitness classes at the sports centre.

Our Yoga sessions are designed to help you unwind, stretch and recharge. Expect gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation in a beginner-friendly yoga session suitable for all levels.

Join in!

All of out classes are £4.50, pay as you go, to offer the most flexibility so you can pick and choose when and what you go to!

Booking in advance is advised, pop into the sports centre reception in the Alison Gingell Building or call 02477 655 993.

Please arrive 10mins before your class to give yourself to get ready.
