About the event

Calling all Coventry-based students! Join us for a virtual information session all about Kooth: a free, safe, and anonymous online mental health service supporting students up to 25 years old in Coventry. It takes just 30 minutes out of your day and will give you important knowledge about where to go if you need support with mental health or wellbeing either now or in the future. This is a great resource to help you get through any stressful time along your student journey—a reminder that there are always people here for you.

What’s in it for me?

  • A chance to get clued up about some of the mental health and wellbeing support that is out there, so you are prepared for whatever life may bring.
  • A safe and supportive space to gain knowledge around all things mental health, including what mental health is, how it can change over time, and how you can encourage more people to talk about it.
  • The chance to find out all about Kooth’s shiny new digital mental health service, Soluna.
  • A safe space to ask any questions you may have about Kooth and their services.

If you would like to attend, please register by buying a free ticket on this page. A Teams link to join the session will then be sent out to you nearer the time.
