About the event
Join our four‑week BSL Club and start learning British Sign Language from scratch in a friendly, relaxed setting. This programme is designed specifically for absolute beginners, so no previous BSL experience is needed.
The club runs on the following dates:

Wednesday 18 March, 1–2pm

Across the four sessions, you will learn fingerspelling the alphabet, basic greetings and introductions, numbers, everyday phrases, and simple conversation skills, as well as an introduction to Deaf culture and respectful communication.
This is a structured short course rather than a drop‑in. By signing up, you are committing to attend all four sessions, as each week builds on the last and you will be practising with the same group throughout. Please only book a place if you can attend every session so that you, and the rest of the group, can get the most out of the club.
