This last year has been one of the most successful years for the club in the last 20 years. With one of the most competitively viable teams in that period the club has managed to clean sweep Division 2 of the League Indoors and outdoors. Both the novice and experienced teams outperformed all expectations for a perfect year and even took on some of the more experienced clubs in the Championship and Outdoor events. These Successes were performed by the following archers over the course of the year, and we couldn’t be prouder.

BUTTS Outdoors Nottingham 21/05/2022 (WA 900, Scores out of 900)
This has been the first year for a long time since Coventry has been able to send teams, especially novices, to any outdoor event. With the use of facilities at Warwick university Novices and Experienced archers were able to take on the outdoor challenge shooting at 3 different distances to a furthest of 60 metres. It was clear in this competition that the amount of time outside influenced shooting, but medals were still brought home for the team. At this event the Novices outnumbered the experienced archers showing a greater commitment to the club coming forward.
