How to Look After Your Mental Health Online Session – Wednesday 14th October 17:00-17:30
Join national charity Kooth for this short online session. For just 30 minutes of your time you will:
- Be the first to learn all about Kooth’s new health and wellbeing support app, Soluna.
- Learn all about the best ways to start conversations about mental health.
- Access a safe space to ask any questions you may have about mental health and mental health support.

Unwind With Mind – Tuesday 27th October 10:00-12:30.
If you prefer something face-to-face, then mental health charity Mind (who work in partnership with Talking Therapies) are starting their monthly outreach sessions on the Coventry main campus. You will find them in the SU Welcome Area on the 1st floor of The Hub. Drop in to:
- Get clued up about some of the mental health and wellbeing support that is out there, so you are prepared for whatever life may bring.
- Access a safe space to ask any questions you may have about Mind and their services, with a confidential space for private chats if needed.
- Take a break from the books and unwind with a casual crafting activity - all creative abilities welcome!
