We are looking for students to become Disabled Community Engagement Lead.

To be able to apply, you need to be:
- A student studying at Coventry Campus
- Studying across two semesters
- Not on a full-time placement during the 2023-24 academic year
- Candidates from these specific communities are strongly encouraged to apply
Purpose
To be responsible for representing all students within your community (more details can be found in the individual job descriptions).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with Your Students’ Union staff to improve the student experience for the community you represent
- Represent and promote the views and interests of the Community you represent at the Community Executive
- Lead on the enhancement of inclusion and access improvements to Your Students’ Union for your student community
- Working with students and staff across Your SU to run activities and deliver campaigns on issues affecting your community
- Be a key stakeholder awareness days and history months that are related to your community
- Work in partnership with other Community Engagement Leads to ensure all activities, events and campaigns run by Community Engagement Leads are accessible to your community
- Chairing your specific Community meetings
- Work with relevant societies linked to your community
