Hello, petrolheads!
Exam period is hard. So as a reward for all your hard work, we have sorted out an amazing opportunity for Coventry University students to get up close with some of the coolest cars and most attentive engineering in the world.
Rennsport has kindly arranged for CUAS members to have a tour of their facilities. We may also be lucky enough to get a talk from co-founder Keith Cockell.
Rennsport recreate bespoke tailored restorations of the Porsche 911, engineered to enhance the original driving experience with top-of-the-line, modern components, developed in house to keep the authentic feel.
We will be visiting on Tuesday the 23rd of April 2024. We will first meet up at Central 6 Car Park (CV3 6TA) at 9AM and drive in convoy to reach Rennsport (GL56 0JQ) by 10:30AM. Don't worry if you haven't got your own vehicle; you can still join us. Just make sure you fill in the forms and we will arrange for you to get a ride from another society member.
To ensure the event's success, it is crucial to fill out both of the Google forms for the Rennsport visit so we can tell Rennsport how many people will be arriving. The forms are available here:
