Welcome to Coventry West Indies Society !

Coventry University West Indies Society is a brand new society and would like to provide the best experience possible for the members of the society.

The society aims to bring the caribbean and non-caribbean community within Coventry University together and closer through a variety of events throughout the 2019/20 academic year. As well as providing social and extra-curricular activities, Coventrty West Indies Society aims to promote academic opportunities accross curriculums, primarily opportunities for Black and Minority Ethnic groups (BAME).

If you would like to get involved with the society and events throughout this year, purchase your membership and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!

In the past we have held multiple movie nights, games nights and events. We have also hosted trips for our members that are student budget friendly, Ice-skating for Christmas in Coventry and a city escape to Amsterdam in march. In the future we plan to have more of what we did last year and then some! Look forward to more cultural events, sporting events, speaker talks and debates.
