As your Student Union's Faculty Officer working alongside the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, I, Ruwail Ali, shall endeavour to bring about a culture of fair, accessible, and quick communication between the student body and the astute department of professors that this university is renowned for. 

I shall place extensive focus on creating an adequate liaising network within the university that can allow the concerns of students to be articulated in a thorough and sedulous manner; the establishment of this set up shall be the primary focus of my tenure in the event of my successful election. 

To further ameliorate the concerns of students, I shall also aim to usher in an atmosphere of levity and positive engagement between faculty members and the pupils they teach. These can take on the form of student-teacher counselling, recreational trips, and movie nights so as to foster a graciously positive relationship between faculty and student. The establishment of this relationship shall allow students to transcend the somewhat rigid bounds of excessive formalities and engage with their teachers in a much more open, albeit professional, manner. 

In addition to this culture of openness and light-heartedness, I shall ensure thorough supervision of the manner in which faculty members respond to and deal with the concerns of students so as to monitor the progression of any lingering issues that may prove too perturbative for teachers to solve. Should this occur, I intend to establish a body that focuses on the diversion of adequate intellectual and academic resources in order to fix the problem at hand so as to not burden either of the two parties (faculty and student) 

In conclusion, through the utilisation of my burnished organizational skills, perceptive disposition, innovative cognizance, and my penchant for being an active contributor to academic welfare, I shall institute an atmosphere of openness, levity, and adequate supervision to harmonise the relationship between faculty and student. I am certain that through the implementation of various ideas that I have in mind, a stark upsurge in the quality of the academic atmosphere at Coventry University shall be observed.
