My name is Zico Simouli Caarlas and I am running for Coventry University London Campus Officer position. I study MSc Management with extended profesional practice. I have been managing an Overseas Educational Consultancy and Creative Arts Studio in India. I have a long-term commitment to the success of our university, and I am passionate about delivering results for us.

As your Campus Officer, I will:

• Provide a platform for student voices to be heard. I will listen to your concerns and make sure they are addressed.

• Improve accessibility of resources on-campus. I will work to ensure that all students have access to the resources they need to do their best academically.

• Advocate for an environment that is free of discrimination and bullying. I will seek to strengthen existing policies and implement preventative measures to protect our campus community.

• Work to improve relationships with faculty, staff, and students. I will strive to create an atmosphere of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity.

• Ensure a more cohesive campus environment. I will focus on bringing different organizations together to collaborate on unique and impactful projects.

• Prioritize the mental and physical health of our student population. I will work to reduce the stressors associated with college life through the enhancement of existing wellness initiatives.

As your Campus Officer, my primary purpose is to foster an environment of success and sustainability. I will strive to support you not only as a campus leader, but also as an individual. I will do my best to ensure that our university is united on the path to creating a strong, diverse, and successful student body.
