Being a Healthcare Professional (Dentist) and an educator in healthcare in India I am well-versed in the current education system and its lacunae in creating enlightened minds and better global citizens. As an education officer, I would like to do the following;

a. Empowerment by ensuring all the problems in the various education streams are addressed through open communication between students and lecturers to provide a better learning experience in the course.

b Embracement by promoting free flow of thought and ideas between students from different backgrounds and countries in order to promote a tolerant environment in the university as well as nurture unity and respect amongst all.

c. Enlightenment by ensuring students are factually well informed and guided by rational thoughts.
