What is Your Course Conversation?

The primary goal of Your Course Conversation is to ensure that all feedback from students is reviewed and appropriately addressed, even if immediate action is not feasible. By doing so, the initiative aims to improve the overall student experience and satisfaction, creating a more responsive and inclusive educational experience.

Who can attend Course Conversations?

Attendance for Course Conversations varies from Reps and key staff members, including the Curriculum Lead and the Associate Head of School. Optional participants include students and part-time officers. This inclusive approach ensures that a wide range of perspectives are considered in the decision-making process.

All reps will receive calander invites to their Course Conversation.

When are Your Course Conversations?

Course Conversation meetings are scheduled for Week 7 of Semester 3. These meetings will be conducted either face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams to accommodate varying needs and preferences.

Action Log and Accountability

The action log is a critical component of Course Conversations and is updated by Education Reps after each meeting. Any unresolved actions are flagged for the man staff contact to address promptly. After the meetings, the action log is reviewed and approved by the staff contact and made available on the SU website. You can view your action log under your location page:
